About the Role
We're looking for a talented, self-driven Videographer to help bring our brand to life through high-quality video production.
Your primary responsibility will be capturing compelling footage for social media, marketing campaigns, interviews, podcasts, product launches, events, and branded content. You'll work closely with our creative team to plan and execute shoots that align with our vision while ensuring every frame is intentional and production-ready.
This is not a post-production role. While basic knowledge of editing is helpful, we're looking for someone whose strength is behind the camera—someone who understands composition, lighting, movement, and storytelling through visuals.
What You'll Do:
- Capture high-quality video for social media, marketing campaigns, interviews, podcasts, product demonstrations, events, and branded content.
- Set up and operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment for a variety of shooting environments.
- Collaborate with our team to plan shot lists, camera angles, and creative approaches before each shoot.
- Maintain consistent visual quality and brand standards across all productions.
- Manage and organize footage after each shoot so files are ready for post-production.
- Adapt quickly on set and solve production challenges while maintaining efficiency.
- Help create engaging visuals that perform across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional videography experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong camera work.
- Excellent understanding of camera operation, composition, framing, movement, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with professional mirrorless or cinema camera systems.
- Strong knowledge of lighting techniques for interviews, products, and lifestyle content.
- Ability to capture clean, professional audio using lavaliers, boom microphones, and other recording equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce polished footage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both talent and team members.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple shoots while meeting deadlines.
Equipment Requirements:
- Must own professional video equipment, including camera, lenses, tripod, lighting, audio gear, and any other essential production equipment.
- Optional Canon camera equipment is available to use when needed, but applicants should be comfortable providing and operating their own gear for most productions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience filming for brands, businesses, or creator-focused content.
- Experience capturing footage for podcasts or multi-camera productions.
- Drone certification or experience operating drones.
- Familiarity with social media content formats and platform best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for organizing footage is a plus but not required.
Why Join Us?
